SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Delivery time is 24/72 hours starting from shipping day. Shipments take place from Tuesday to Friday (inquiry for urgent delivery). This has to be taken into account to calculate estimated delivery time. In the event that the product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we shall inform you accordingly by email to confirm product availability and delivery time.

Free shipping on orders over 99€ to peninsular destinations. Urgent delivery not included.
Currently, we only serve international orders within the European Union although we attend requests individually from outside EU. You must contact us via our customer service contact form for inquiry.
1 - IN TRANSIT:
The recipient shall bear responsibility for ensuring the parcel condition. In case of any defects, the recipient must report it on the delivery note and shall notify our customer service within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, the return for damage in transit may not be claimed.
2 - RETURNS:
If the product is defective, the recipient shall notify our customer service within 3 days from receipt to email@example.com, so we can take care of the incident. Otherwise, ZEPPELIN will not bear the return shipping costs and will establish the conditions in each case.
