The Kemp’s Ridley Sea Turtle is the smallest of the eight species of sea turtles. An adult will weigh only between 70 and 100 pounds. The Kemp’s Ridlley is found in the coastal waters and bays of the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The Kemp’s Ridley is the smallest of all the sea turtles, and also the most endangered.
