Lanza el dado, sigue el recorrido de los vasos sanguíneos y descubre lo sorprendente que es el cuerpo humano. Vive una aventura por el interior del cuerpo y soluciona los problemas que el juego te plantea. Utiliza tus propias experiencias para responder a las preguntas mientras aprendes y ejercitas tu cuerpo. Por cada respuesta correcta obtendrás una tarjeta con un determinado número de años. Más adelante tendrás que visitar al médico, que te recompensará por tener una actitud sana. También tendrás que realizar ejercicios de fortaleza para demostrar lo fuerte, rápido y buen compañero que eres. Al final del juego, se cuentan los años acumulados y gana el jugador que haya logrado mayor edad.

BODY es un método alternativo de aprendizaje que resulta muy divertido para niños.

BODY se utiliza en muchas asignaturas, como biología, matemáticas o educación física. Se puede jugar en grupos y empezar desde cualquier punto del tapete de juego. Suele jugarse durante un tiempo límite, por ejemplo durante una clase.

También se pueden usar las preguntas sin el tapete cuando los niños estén estudiando un tema concreto, como el corazón. Aprenderán mientras responden a algunas divertidas preguntas de BODY durante la clase.

En lugar de acumular años, también pueden repartirse fichas, pasas o judías por cada respuesta correcta, para que los niños más pequeños tengan conciencia de los puntos ganados.
