CONDICIONES GENERALES DE ENVÍO

ENVÍO DE LOS PEDIDOS:

El plazo de entrega de los pedidos es de 24/72 horas a partir de la salida de almacén. Los envíos se realizan de martes a viernes (servicio urgente consultar). Hay que tener esto en cuenta a la hora de contabilizar el plazo de entrega. En caso de que el producto esté agotado al momento de efectuar el pedido, os enviaremos un correo electrónico para confirmar la fecha de disponibilidad y entrega del producto.
*Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla.
Los puertos a destinos peninsulares son gratuitos para pedidos superiores a 99€. Servicio urgente no incluido.

ENVÍOS AL EXTRANJERO:

Actualmente, solo servimos pedidos internacionales dentro de la Unión Europea aunque atendemos peticiones de forma individual para todo el mundo. En caso de envíos fuera de la Unión Euriopea, usted debe ponerse en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente mediante el formulario de contacto con su petición.

INCIDENCIAS

1 – EN EL TRANSPORTE:

La comprobación del estado del embalaje del paquete es responsabilidad del receptor. En caso de que se constate algún defecto, el receptor deberá anotar la incidencia en el albarán de entrega del transportista y deberá comunicarlo en un plazo de 24 horas mediante correo electrónico a la empresa. info@zeppelindreams.com. En caso contrario, no podrá reclamar la devolución por desperfectos en el transporte.

2 – DEVOLUCIONES:

Si el producto fuera defectuoso, habrá que comunicarlo en un plazo de 3 días desde la recepción del paquete, a info@zeppelindreams.com, para que podamos ocuparnos de la incidencia. En caso contrario, ZEPPELIN no se hará cargo de los gastos ocasionados por la devolución y establecerá las condiciones de la misma en cada caso.
